Practice Mananger
Zoe embarked on her dentistry career in 2006, beginning as a trainee dental nurse. Demonstrating her commitment and passion for the profession, she achieved her dental nursing qualification in 2008. Eager to advance her skills, Zoe completed implant courses and subsequently obtained her Dental Radiography Qualification. Her dedication and expertise led her to the position of Senior Nurse, a role she thoroughly enjoyed. In recognition of her leadership and organisational abilities, Zoe was promoted to Practice Manager in 2015. She continued to excel in this capacity before joining our team in 2019.
Since joining us, Zoe has been instrumental in developing and enhancing the practice. She has ensured that all required policies and procedures are in place, providing clear guidance to the team. Zoe fosters a supportive and positive environment, placing emphasis on the well-being and safety of both staff and patients. She actively encourages the professional growth of her colleagues, helping them to progress within their roles.
Zoe maintains her professional standards by being registered with several key organisations, including the General Dental Council, Health Inspectorate Wales, British Association of Dental Nurses, and The Association of Dental Administrators and Managers.
Outside of work, Zoe cherishes spending quality time with her two poochons, family, and close friends. She has a passion for cooking and crafting, and enjoys attending Formula 1 and rugby events. Zoe is always ready for a road trip with her best friend, embracing new adventures whenever possible.
